01. Where can i find apartment availabilities?
We are currently fully leased! Please check back for new openings or email us to be added to our waitlist: Factory@RenewalMGMT.com.
02. Are amenities included?
Our apartments are all-inclusive and include water, sewer, in-unit washers and dryers and high-speed Internet. Electricity is the only utility not included and is billed separately on usage. Each apartment has true heat pumps and have been specially insulated on all walls for lower electricity bills.
03. are you pet friendly?
You love your pets, and so do we! Factory Flats is pet friendly and is glad to accept cats and dogs. Our weight limit is 45lb and allows for one pet per bedroom of the apartment; with a maximum of 2 pets. There will be a $250 non-refundable pet move-in fee and a per month fee of $50/month for each pet.
04. what are the rental requirements?
Rental requirements: Income verification standard (gross of 3x the monthly rent), credit check, and a criminal background check.
